Employee Resource Groups

In 2020, Deluxe formed its Employee Resource Committee and established four Employee Resource Groups dedicated to fostering inclusion and diversity at Deluxe. In doing so, we have accelerated understanding across the Deluxe family and have expanded our own diversity and inclusion efforts.

In the same year, Deluxe added four new Employee Resource Groups, bringing the total number to eight. Additionally, each group has a dedicated member of our executive leadership team who champions the cause. Our executive leaders meet with their respective groups on a quarterly basis to offer support and share insight.
