Receive and respond toHRinquiries and requests from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners about transactions in Workday, onboarding, data changes and requests, special projects, and will work with subject matter experts in all areas of HR.
Log calls and cases in Service Now, creating detailed and succinct case notes and documentation.Own cases all the way through to resolution, consulting other areas of HR as appropriate.Provide excellent customer service.
Escalate issues to HRBPs when appropriate.
Provide project support to the HR team as needed such as acquisitions and organization design work
Provide administrative support to HR such as maintenance of physical employee files, conducting exit interviews, and facilitating benefits orientations.
Assist with onboarding new Deluxe employees by following up on and processing onboarding materials.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 0 years
Education:Associate’s in Finance or Business
Experience:1year of experienceworking in an HR environment with a case management or ticketing system
