HR Assistant-Training Specialist
Provides administrative logistics, technical and communication support to the talent management team.
Provide administrative and logistical support for training and development programs by: Managing participant invitations, registration, surveys and communication, Managing room reservations/set-up, distribution of pre-work and program materials, Managing material inventory, Craft well written invitations and session advertisements, Track and follow-up on invoices and payments, Work with vendors to monitor participation in training programs, Manage project tasks and monitor completion
Technical: Producing virtual and in person sessions and supporting internal/external presenters with tech/presentation/Q&A/video, Following up to sessions by uploading learnings into Learning Management System and sending out post event resources, Tracking event analytics and staying up to date for monthly reporting, Assigning users and troubleshooting employee issues with Learning Management System, Running basic reports in Workday, looking up employee data, Maintaining and updating SharePoint pages, Working in Camtasia or other video editing programs to create quality content
Writing: Crafting concise and well written communications to be sent to employees, Working with Outlook and Excel to send meeting invites to large quantities of people, Drafting surveys for distribution among various departments and groups
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and0years or HS/GED and4years
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education:Bachelor’sin Education, Human Resources, Business
Experience: 2 years
