Oh gosh, I love working at deluxe. I've been here 16 years and I would say the last five years I've been working on the most rewarding project ever in my career.

Love it, it's been an exciting time at Deluxe.

I think about exciting opportunities things that we have yet to dream and believe that we can do I'm excited about the new One Deluxe.

Knowing I could help be a part of the gelling of Deluxe and all the potential that I had, that was a huge piece.

So, I did look around a little bit but then nothing quite felt right where deluxe just feels like home this is where I want to end up.

What we're really looking to do is ensure that deluxe has an environment of inclusiveness when people feel inclusive within the workplace, they generate more ideas a better product is put out.

Bring our backgrounds, bring in our cultures, meshing them all together and Deluxe is a place that doesn't necessarily have walls or ceilings, so it just incorporates our true identity as people to employees.

We have recently done the food drive and there were always at least like more than 10 people who will be interested and based on the capacity we can accommodate people go there and do the volunteering.

The Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist is responsible driving execution, campaign strategy and channel expertise for (B2B or Direct) integrated campaigns across multiple platforms but specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Employees are responsible for ensuring that prospecting, lead nurture, and cross sell campaigns are accurate, timely, fully integrated and optimized to deliver optimal customer experience/journeys and maximum benefit in support of Deluxe’s portfolio of products, services, and Enterprise goals. Collaborating with business stakeholders, creative services, outside vendors and other internal teams you will provide platform subject matter expertise and execution in support of an overall integrated, customer centric campaign strategy. The ideal candidate must be technically strong with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.

  • Drive campaign execution, strategy and provide SME channel expertise for (B2B or Direct) integrated campaigns across multiple platforms including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Ion Interactive, PathFactory, and 6Sense to achieve acquisition, lead nurture, retention, cross-sell, and revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization (including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Product, and external agencies) providing platform subject matter expertise and execution to develop, monitor, and optimize programs throughout the customer journey and marketing sales funnel.

  • Support continuous in-depth analysis and optimization of campaigns, including creative assets, landing page quality, audience management, customer journey, campaign structure, etc.

  • Provide channel content/technical requirements in support of overall go to market strategy

  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor overall project plans, schedules, tasks, and milestones

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years

  • 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience

  • 3+ years hands on experience and accountability developing and executing high volume B2B or Direct to Consumer email and marketing automation campaigns

  • 3+ years digital marketing experience

  • Experience with Salesforce Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder

  • Experience with scripting language skills such as HTML, AMPScript, SSJS, Python for emails, landing pages, SMS, and push notifications

  • Experience in B2B lead generation, lead nurture and customer journey mapping

  • Strong MS Word, PPT and Expert Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors in Marketing or Digital marketing

Experience: 7 yeas in Digital Marketing or Marketing Automation at a large agency or corporation

  • Deep knowledge, experience, and interest in Digital Marketing and the enthusiasm to stay current on latest industry trends

  • Strong understanding of benefits and constraints of current Internet technologies

  • Understand the basics of site usability and where online marketing and usability overlap or contradict

  • Strong communication skills to evangelize marketing automation tactics/strategies and projects and work with cross functional staffs to ensure implementation
