Talent Acquisition Consultant/ Recruiter

This is a highly visible and consultative role and will be responsible for the strategic direction, design, support, and management of the full-cycle recruiting process. You should have a creative approach to identifying talent, an understanding of market insights and the ability to prioritize, pivot and operate with a sense of urgency. This role will be a critical addition to our team, supporting professional level roles across multiple lines of business to bring top talent into our organization.
Our TA team is highly collaborative and operates with a One Deluxe mindset to meet business objectives and exceed the expectations of both candidates and leaders by providing insights and recommendations, establishing credibility as a trusted inclusion, diversity & equity advisor and curating engaging and impactful strategies to attract passive candidates and capture active candidates. Additionally, you will develop best practices, have opportunities to participate and lead project initiatives within the greater Talent Management Organization and participate in any of our many ERG's available to all of our employees.
Pro-actively researches market data as it relates to talent supply/demand, competitors, job description creation etc. using various tools such as Talent Neuron, internal ATS systems (Workday), LinkedIn and other external databases and search engines.
Maintain regular reporting and meeting cadence with business leaders.
Develops and executes recruiting strategies for hard to fill and niche positions.
Develops high trust working relationships with both clients and co-workers; inspires others to engage and participate.
Consults with business leaders, HR partners, maintains processes and SOP's to ensure consistency and efficiency
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 2 years or HS/GED and 6 years
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources
