Position is on site in our Bloomington, IN location. We follow all Federal and State COVID-19 Guidelines
Provide day-to-day support for distributor network. Provide order management support throughout order to cash process.
Handle end-to-end order cycle.Perform order management related processes such as entering job specific details into order management system, tracking and updating daily orders to ensure accurate and efficient shipment and billing of products.
Acquire and maintain proficient product knowledge/procedures/pricing and manufacturing capabilities to ensure accurate and timely order processing.Handle all tasks related to proofing process and clarification of discrepancies on orders.
Work directly with internal teams to efficiently respond to all inquiries from distributors, providing timely answers, resolving complaints and assisting distributors with all other needs related to their inquiries.Research and resolve distributor problems “on the spot” or by communicating problems to the appropriate manufacturing facility or department, following up with the plant when responses are not returned within a timely manner and following up with distributors with final resolution.
Balance what is fair to The Company, the distributor and the end-user customer on individual orders or requests when determining manufacturing capabilities, validity of quotes, allowances and credits, researching re-runs, accommodating expedited delivery dates, etc.
Work directly with distributor office to change the behavior of the employees with regards to submitting manufactured orders to Safeguard as capabilities allow.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Experience: Computer experience, specifically MS Office Suite. Customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 3years of related experienceincludingCustomer Service and/or Printing
Experience in a high volume, fast paced production environment.
