Performs a variety of complex operations primarily related to customer billing services. The role requires high quality, timely completion of work, accurate data entry and relationship building with both internal and external customers.
•Learn and use complex computer system and billing program.
•Provide accurate and timely invoices, credit memos, customer rebate reports and other services to customers and management.
•Meet customer reporting and internal closing schedules.
•Perform control functions. Investigate and reconcile unbilled costs versus billed revenue.
•Work with customers to resolve issues.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Basic computer skills
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 2 yearsof general accounting experience. Experience in high volume, fast paced production environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic mathematical skills as well as typing skills.
