- Answer phones; determine caller need, research questions,answer questions, and resolves customer problems.
- Utilizes state agencies todetermine filing status and report out to customers.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: HS/GEDand 3 years customer service experience.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Associates orBachelorsdegree.
Experience:1 year prior experience in sales/customer service experience.Experience of working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English Read and Write).
