I've been here 33 years. I love being here because I love the people I work with.

Oh gosh, I love working at deluxe. I've been here 16 years and I would say the last five years I've been working on the most rewarding project ever in my career.

Love it, it's been an exciting time at Deluxe.

I think about exciting opportunities things that we have yet to dream and believe that we can do I'm excited about the new One Deluxe.

Knowing I could help be a part of the gelling of Deluxe and all the potential that I had, that was a huge piece.

So, I did look around a little bit but then nothing quite felt right where deluxe just feels like home this is where I want to end up.

What we're really looking to do is ensure that deluxe has an environment of inclusiveness when people feel inclusive within the workplace, they generate more ideas a better product is put out.

Bring our backgrounds, bring in our cultures, meshing them all together and Deluxe is a place that doesn't necessarily have walls or ceilings, so it just incorporates our true identity as people to employees.

We have recently done the food drive and there were always at least like more than 10 people who will be interested and based on the capacity we can accommodate people go there and do the volunteering.

Deluxe really isn’t like any other company. They really care about you and they care about your career and your path moving forward they want you to excel they, they're gonna give you the tools and provide you with what you need to become a successful business professional.

Since day one when I started at Deluxe it has been such a friendly atmosphere.

You want to spend time with people you like that you trust that you respect and I got to tell you we're surrounded with people like that. on the executive team and throughout the organization so for me this is just feels good to work at a company like Deluxe.

The Network Engineer role provides advanced technical expertise and timely support to ensure network stability, scalability and performance.This position leads or partners with Architects, Engineer and Systems Administrators and to architect, plan and implement complex technical projects and business solutions.Responsibilities include the design, testing, installation, integration, automation, configuration, troubleshooting, day to day maintenance and support of diverse environments including public & private cloud data centers. The position assists with the networking in remote points of presence, local and remote branch offices. This role will utilize a variety of network and system hardware from enterprise and open source vendors including Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Red Hat to design, build deploy and maintain network infrastructure.

Assist with network infrastructure architecture, planning, installation, integration, configuration, support, on-going maintenance and life cycle management. Responsibilities include routers, switches, firewalls, F5 appliances/load balancer, web application firewalls, security appliances and other network assets such as Linux-based servers and tools in both on prem and cloud-based data centers.
Acts as a key technical resource and escalation point for concerns and activities related to technical aspects of the network and operating systems. Promptly determines resolution of any issues impacting partners, customers or other project related groups. Act a point of escalation for incident response and participate in after hour support and on-call rotation.

Schedule after hours maintenance windows, coordinate partner notifications as well as coordinate internal QA department resources for any production changes. Provides troubleshooting expertise for system and/or network operating issues and ensures that all security threats and/or network attacks are appropriately mitigated. Ensure Networking tickets, tasks and projects are completed or resolved within SLA.
Lead and initiate forward thinking projects, propose solutions based on self-initiated research, continuously looking for ways to improve the network design for new project and existing infrastructure factoring in reliability, resiliency, redundancy and budget. Ensure accurate and complete documentation and monitoring for new projects and existing infrastructure.
Work with external vendors, service providers, partners, internal and external customer and business units to provide solutions for new projects or current issues. Participate in large scale project meetings with multiple participants in person, on audio/video conferencing and through group collaboration tools and chats. Show business and professional leadership building trust and confidence for our team and department.

Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experienceor high school diploma/GED and 7 years of related experience

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and7years of Network Engineering

Field of study: IT, Computer Science
