The Leader, Promotional Product Sales will be responsible for managing a team of high-performing Sales Executives. This team of Promotional Product Sales Executives will drive revenue growth by expanding Deluxe product and services through current customer base as well as developing new customer business.

  • Lead the sales for new business/client acquisition efforts in the entire global markets by building and managing a high performing Promotional Product sales team. Maximize growth opportunities by continually evaluating effectiveness of sales methods and program as a whole.
  • Cultivate, develop and maintain strong client/partner relationships in order to accelerate sales growth and brand awareness through new customer acquisition, upgrades and cross-sales opportunities, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Handle complete and complex sales-cycles often presenting to C-level key decision-making executives the value of the full platform features with a detailed consultative approach.
  • Design and develop go-to-market plans to target enterprise customers for the new products and sales strategy for each offering. Design key business development, sales and relationship building activities.

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) Sales Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 7+ years of line management experience (manager of managers) leading a sales organization required.
  • Effective sales coach excelling at developing talent, coaching on sales calls, sales strategy and proposals.
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge and business acumen.
  • Expert level knowledge in Salesforce.
  • Proven record of developing sales strategies and goal attainment.
  • Strong organizational agility, communication, negotiating, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal and team building skills.
  • Master in time management and prioritizing skills; ability to handle multiple & concurrent tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions quickly.
