Bilingual Customer Service Representative-KC
This position handles inbound customer service calls. Provides timely, effective and professional responses to a variety of customer inquiries while consistently ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
• Identify the customer's needs, suggest products and services.
• Maintains and modifies customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries, placing new and /or re-orders.
• Resolves product or service problems by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering an optimal customer experience.
Education and Experience: Basic computer knowledge.
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 1 year on Sales, Retail, Customer Service experience. Call Center experience.
