Quality Process Control Analyst - Sun - Thurs 9:00pm - 5:00am

Supports operations function and quality initiatives. Works with planning and production to help meet company quality and service commitments. This role is expected to provided suggestions and coaching on improvement opportunities and offer general support to backfill or assist in multiple areas when needed.

-Prepares and controls records, statistics and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
-May develop, monitor and implement programs, projects, and/or processes.
-Analyzes information, summarizes and communicates progress or status of programs, projects, and/or processes.
-Reviews vendor and partner invoicing for accuracy, ensuring that inaccuracies are identified and reported to vendor and AP for follow up and resolution.
-Coordinates and facilitates training, and coordinates the activities of the plant's training program. May assist with creating SOP’s and training analysis.
-Works with all levels of employees on workplace opportunities and issues.
-Implements corporate initiatives and changes in policies and procedures.
-Contributes to team and workflow efficiency by performing related tasks as needed.
-Position may include other duties as determined by the company
-High school (or equivalent)
- 2 years relevant experience
-Solid understanding of Deluxe products, processes, technology and systems
-Planning and prioritizing skills; able to work both independently and as a team.
-Research and Analytical skills
-Excellent time management and organization skills     
-Ability to provide feedback/solutions
-Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
-Working knowledge of Windows operating system
-Working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite – experience in using excel and word a plus.
-Ability to handle change, multiple demands, ambiguity and shifting priorities
-Ability and willingness to support multiple roles and initiatives within the operations teams. Tasks and responsibilities could change on a daily basis. May include light manufacturing duties.
-Administrative detail and organizational skills to achieve customer satisfaction
