The Social Media Specialist will provide you the environment to collaborate, brainstorm and bring fresh new ideas to the table. It’s the opportunity to be descripted and be highly creative. The position will oversee social media accounts for four brands at First American by Deluxe. You have the opportunity to create social strategy, social content and calendars, collaborate with marketing and sales professionals to develop content and campaigns, and measure against KPIs to determine success/alternative course of action.
Curate social media content for corporate brands; writing, scheduling, posting and monitoring content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
Develop, implement, and oversee B2B corporate social media strategies
Monitor and respond to online reviews
Work with designers to ensure content is maximized for appeal and context
Define the most important social KPIs, measure and report on success for each
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or related field
Experience: 2 years of experience in social media coordination, or marketing
B2B marketing/communications experience
Experience with Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, or others
Highly detail-oriented and critical thinker with problem-solving skills
Demonstrated writing capabilities
Familiarity with content schedules and metric-tracking programs
Strong command of social media best practices, trends and platforms
