Talent Acquisition Sourcer

The TA Sourcer will develop, drive and execute innovative and creative sourcing strategies, leverage tools and technology to bring market data to recruiters and hiring managers, develop and partner with recruiters to develop internal candidate process, alumni hiring program, partner with recruitment marketing team to drive our Talent Community and CRM as well as provide a white glove candidate experience This role will be a critical addition to our team, supporting professional level roles across multiple lines of business to bring top talent into our organization.
Our TA team is highly collaborative and operates with a One Deluxe mindset to meet business objectives and exceed the expectations of both candidates and leaders by providing insights and recommendations, establishing credibility as a trusted inclusion, diversity & equity advisor and curating engaging and impactful strategies to attract passive candidates and capture active candidates. Additionally, you will develop best practices, have opportunities to participate and lead project initiatives within the greater Talent Management Organization and participate in any of our many ERG's available to all of our employees.
Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies to deliver on the forecasted talent need
Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of prospects for current and future hiring needs
Partner with Recruiters to gain an understanding of the needs of client groups and candidate profiles
Develops and maintains talent communities with engaging campaigns to keep passive candidates active with Deluxe
Keeps up to date and knowledgeable across various souring platforms, tools, and processes, and educates the broader Talent Acquisition team on new and emerging technology and trends
Pro-actively researches market data as it relates to talent supply/demand, competitors, job description creation etc. using various tools such as Talent Neuron, internal ATS systems (Workday), LinkedIn and other external databases and search engines.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 2 years or HS/GED and 6 years
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources
