Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is a critical role in our Integrated Payments Division and is focused entirely on sourcing and signing technology partners that will go on to resell our payment solutions. This is a direct impact role and will be measured by the growth of your partner portfolio. It is an entrepreneurial role, in a small but competitive team that has big goals to hit, and no shortage of opportunities or investment to reach them.
Build a pipeline of qualified technology partners that would benefit from including and/or reselling the company’s suite of integrated payment solutions to their clients.
Develop and implement strategic targeting plans for verticals, channels and industries that would benefit from our solutions.
Drive demand through active participation in events, conferences, prospect meetings and through industry involvement
Maintain disciplined pipeline management that results in clear and timely progression through sales stage
Responsible for the entire partner lifecycle from lead identification, qualification, contact, sales pitch, deal structure and agreement execution. Once agreement is executed; collaborate with partner success and integration teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and go-live.
Basic Qualficiations:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business or related field
3 years of experience with sales, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in channel or partnership sales or related field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable building out partner specific engagement strategies
