The Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst will support our Sales Performance Management (SPM) team with strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving ability. In this role the Senior Sales Incentive Analyst will take a lead role in developing and improving the SPM Team’s systems, tools, governance and reporting in support of the business and it’s ~700 SIP-eligible employees. They will serve as a consultant to Sales Leaders, HR and Finance. This person will develop varied, complex and confidential reports and processes

  • Lead projects focusing on implementing, upgrading, or enhancing sales compensation tools and systems; maintains and applies internal controls, and documents process requirements, business processes, process flow, and systems enhancements

  • Drive the design and governance of sales incentive plans with Sales, Business, HR and Finance Leadership functions across businesses with guidance and input from Corporate Leaders.

  • Ensures sales compensation programs are consistently designed and administered in compliance with organizational governance and regulatory requirements

  • Serve as go-to consultant to Sales leaders, HR and Finance: promptly resolve/reply to issues and inquiries concerning incentive plan design, policies and payments; provide value-add insight and recommendation on enhancements, risks, opportunities, provide outstanding customer service to all parties

  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accurate program payments to all participants and ensure budget accruals are in place

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years or HS/GED and 7 years

  • Sales operations experience;

  • Incentive plan design experience;

  • Excellent Project Management Skills including demonstrated success in project lead roles

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Experience with Sales Incentive, CRM and HRIS systems

  • Microsoft Office advanced skills; Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors in Finance, Business Management or Sales

Experience:

  • Incentive plan design

  • Sales operations experience

  • Commissions or sales compensation experience

  • Ability to adapt to and embrace change
