Solution Analyst- Financial Services Solutions

The Solutions Analyst role requires a consultative approach to analyzing customer treasury data for translation into a treasury solution. It is client facing and requires the ability to both interpret electronic payment addenda information and interpret lockbox payment and remittance data.Will be responsible for taking that information to map data entry fields based on customer solution needs, train on those functions as well as aspects of the applications and act as the SME to expedite the process of onboarding. This role may also require some project implementation and onboarding.
Train customers on file specifications and application related topics
Serve as primary analyst and SME to assigned clients
Interpret and map payment and Remittance data for translation into file or solution
Implement and/or onboard new client projects
Participate in Presales discussions and SOW review, Internal team projects
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s in Banking/Finance, Computer Science and 2 years of Technical Analyst experience or HS/GED and 6 years Technical Analyst experience
Understanding the structure of various file formats, financial payment types, and payment workflows.
Business or technical experience with MS-Office applications, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, databases.
Minimum five years’ experience in technical support role or technical development role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s in Banking/Finance, Computer Science and 2 years of Technical Implementation, Development, API support
Certifications in AAP (Accredited ACH Professional),NCP (National Check Professional),CTP (Certified Treasury Professional)
Experience in Lockbox, Treasury Management, Payment Receivables or Software Implementation\Programming
Demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships with both clients and internal resources.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
