This role will provide the vision, strategic thinking and leadership required to develop and deliver leading services. Reporting to the VP of Web Services, this is a critical position that will have a key accountability in driving the next phase of revenue growth of digital marketing services at Deluxe. Responsible for driving all segment KPIs and metrics around expansion, capability, and reach.
Lead structuring and execution of operational and strategic initiatives for products by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data. This may include identifying opportunities for acquisitions to the space.Develop and maintain strong matrix relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
Ownership of the Products P&L, to gross profit KPI.
Develop an annual product plan, budget, and road map demonstrating investment requirements for product development, ongoing maintenance and enhancements/improvements, performance and market satisfaction
Drive revenue by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure healthy top of the funnel and high-quality leads, effective marketing campaigns, strong conversion, achieving sales quotas and constantly improving client experience measured by NPS scores
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 8 years or Masters and 6 years
5 years of management
Education: Bachelors of Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering
Experience: 10 years of Hosting
