Order Management Rep
Assist with day-to-day support for distributor network. Work with team to provide support for requests and inquiries pertaining to orders, product, availability, shipping specifications and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for various tasks within the order cycle.
Assist with order management related processes such as entering job specific details into order management system, tracking and updating daily orders to ensure accurate and efficient shipment and billing of products.
Assist team members with research and/or respond to inquiries from distributors, providing timely answers, resolving complaints and assisting distributors with all other needs related to their inquiries.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education: High School/GED
Education and Experience: Basic computer skills including typing
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Experience: customer service experience, order entry, or printing background a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic mathematics and typing skills.
