Payroll Specialist Associate
The Payroll Support Specialist processes assigned payrolls. Provides client support in the areas off payroll processing including but not limited to; product support, time and attendance interfacing, general ledger, custom reporting, as well as any additional product training the client may need. Payroll Support Specialist is the first point of contact for client product support/resolution. The employee will also be required to provide call center support and work in a team environment.
•On-going support to assigned client base regarding payroll process and payroll product technical support.
•Answers and response to calls in queue.
•Provides internal training and development on Deluxe Products, policies and services.
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 2 years experience in customer service.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: High School
Education: 3 years prior Deluxe System experience, prior service bureau or customer service
Advanced understanding of payroll processing and/or tax preferred.
