The role:

• Document/manage product and business requirements (including UI requirements), entering JIRA epics and stories as needed

• Participate as a SME in the development and management of the product roadmap

• Partner with Product Management and Product Development teams in leading project discovery work and prioritizing backlog/requests

• Partner with IT Project Managers to identify project & business implications of scope/design changes

• Work with Solution Architects/Developers to document/manage technical requirements

• Analyze and document impacted business processes and prepare business process flows, Use Cases and Wire Frames when appropriate

• Confirm the requirements are understood by the entire team, including QE/Systems Change Team

• Drive completion of business and IT requirements needed for new project initiatives

• Provide support during development, testing and deployment planning, business readiness, and warranty activities

• Mentor other team members as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or high school diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience

• Experience creating user stories and documenting epics

• Experienced in quality assurance and usability testing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expert level knowledge of all aspects of agile methodology

• Knowledge of product lifecycle management
