Sales Order Coordinator
Part of theClientServices organization within Deluxe and has the primary task of processing orders and invoices for hardware, software, outsourcing services and professional services. This position is also responsible for maintaining order related contract records and ensuring compliance per the terms of the contract as it relates to invoicing. The role bridges key organizations to align with Finance and Accounting while also providing support to Sales partners.
•Order Processing:Manages order queue within CRM to ensure orders are processed per the Sales Order Policy in an accurate and timely manner.Reviews order documentation for accuracy and obtains internalcounter-signatures. Processes the fully executed order.Responsible for managing the order throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.
•Invoicing: Responsible for all billing and invoicing as it relates to orders and recurring services per contract payment terms. Responds to inquiries from customers and internal partners regarding invoices and supporting information. Generates freight, travel and expense invoices based on actual inbound/outbound charges.
•Inside Sales: Supports Inside Sales with order processing and invoicing ofeStoreorders, backorders, and drop ships. Provides back-up support to respond to inquiries regarding scanner and consumables orders andeStoreprocesses. Adds scanners to maintenancecontracts per the warranty terms.
•Assists with audit reviews and requests.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED. Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills. Customer service experience. Data entry experience.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education and Experience: Associatedegree and1year ofaccounting or administrative assistant support experience.
Familiarity with Great Plains software. Proficient in 10-key pad data entry. Familiarity with accounting terminology and procedures, including filing accounting records.
