Senior Paid Media Specialist

Deluxe is seeking a seasoned Paid Search Specialist with a proven track record of success in developing and managing Paid Search programs. As part of the Digital Marketing Team, your primary focus will be to partner with cross functional groups to help identify, facilitate, develop and execute strategic initiatives that support and drive profitable sales through Paid Search and other Digital Marketing campaigns. You will assume end-to-end responsibility for plan development, execution, forecasting, analysis and reporting of results. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, creative resources, outside vendors and other internal teams to define strategies and tactics, manage an Ad Testing schedule, manage budgets, ensure timely delivery of all programs, and report results. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of PPC, Shopping Campaigns, Display, and online media strategies and techniques with a specific focus around revenue delivery. Leadership skills, a solid client-
service mentality, and an A+ Excel skillset are critical attributes for this role.
Create, execute and manage Paid Search & Online Media strategies and programs to maximize the performance and profitability across Deluxe Corporation’s products and network of website
Continuous in depth analysis and optimization of campaigns, including ad creative, landing page optimization, lead and traffic quality, etc.
Manage all aspects of PPC, including program development, expansion, optimization, reporting, forecasting, bid management, and budgeting
Monitor the planned vs. actual results and proactively adjust strategies and tactics in response to both positive and negative variances.
Research, analyze and monitor industry trends and best practices as well as competitive factors so that market opportunities may be identified and utilized in overall marketing plan.
Education and Experience: Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related area and 3 years experience or HS/GED and 7 years experience in marketing and eCommerce.
Experience and accountability building and managing program budgets of at least $100k monthly.
Experience working with Google and Bing ads
Advanced skills in Excel
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Experience: Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related area and 5years of paid search experiencewith a minimum of 3years ofpaidsearch and/orremarketing experience.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience managing 3rd party partners
Excellent project management, planning and organization skills.
