In this role, you will work in collaboration with HR in creating a scalable, robust Workday platform for Deluxe. You will work directly with our HR business partners, business analysts and partner IT teams to interpret requirements, design, build and support integrations leveraging Agile methodology to be part of delivering software solutions and enhancements.

  • Collaborates with other IT/HR stakeholders and Workday Architects to deliver on the technical development and support activities related to Workday integrations.

  • Solution Planning - including solution, scope, estimates, assumptions, and risks

  • Drive data integrity between systems including developing new audits to capture data errors and ensure check and balance is operational across systems.

  • Performs Workday technical system activities - security fundamentals, calculated fields, report writer, integrations, data governance

  • Work directly with HR and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, identify gaps and risks, suggest alternatives, advise on best practices, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements to sign-off.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years

  • 5+ years of experience in understanding of architecture and engineering concepts, issues and trends in the HR solutions area covering HIRE TO RETIRE business capabilities.

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday integration to include Workday Connectors and Workday Studio

  • 5+ years of experience with a thorough understanding of software development life cycles, development and technology tools, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors in IT

Experience: 7 years of Technology to include the HR modules in SAP and Workday

  • 6+ months of Workboard experience

  • Workday HCM Certification
