Processing Specialist III - Data Entry (2nd Shift)

The Processing Specialist III – Data Entry position is responsible for inputting and correcting alpha-numeric customer information from checks, payment coupons, and/or credit card entries.This position will be required to make several data-driven decisions based on transaction types.This position may also have access to Personal Identification Information (PII) and / or HIPPA data and are expected to adhere to our confidentiality and security policies.
- Perform alphanumeric data entry in Deluxe’s proprietary software.
- Accurately process medium/high complexity remittance and caging customers.
- Assists in training other associates on processes and procedures.
- Identify and report all client, system, and equipment issues and errors to department leader.Work with leader on minor problem-solving.
Education and Experience: Associates and 0 years or HS/GED and 2 years
Experience: 2 year
