Business Development Manager, Payroll Solutions
As the Business Development Manager, Payroll Solutions, you will generate leads through CPA’s,InsuranceAgents,Financial Advisors and banks toidentify andcreate new clients. Responsible for selling/marketing a line of products and solutions to existing and new customers.
Generating new clients and growing existing customer sales.
Regularly visit existing bank branches to drive existing referral business.
Sell new products and services to existing book of accounts.
Develop and create a new client pipeline to include prospecting, setting appointments, presentations to prospects and selling our entire line of products and solutions.
Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, presentations and driving new business.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Communications or related area and 3 years experience or HS/GED and 7 years experience in sales.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Experience: + 3years of successfulsales experience to include success with acquiring new clients.
3years of management experience. Background in financial institutions. Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

- Understands the client’s needs and offers a solution by matching product features and benefits to their pain points.
- Takes a consultative approach and puts customer’s needs first
- Is able to find leads and build a strong pipeline
- Takes accountability for their actions, progress and results
