Knowing I could help be a part of the gelling of Deluxe and all the potential that I had, that was a huge piece.

So, I did look around a little bit but then nothing quite felt right where deluxe just feels like home this is where I want to end up.

What we're really looking to do is ensure that deluxe has an environment of inclusiveness when people feel inclusive within the workplace, they generate more ideas a better product is put out.

Bring our backgrounds, bring in our cultures, meshing them all together and Deluxe is a place that doesn't necessarily have walls or ceilings, so it just incorporates our true identity as people to employees.

We have recently done the food drive and there were always at least like more than 10 people who will be interested and based on the capacity we can accommodate people go there and do the volunteering.

The Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist will assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategy, development, execution, and analysis of Deluxe’s B2B and Direct to Consumer online affiliate marketing programs. Your primary focus will be establishing and growing relationships with affiliate partners to generate site traffic, leads orders, and profitable revenue.

  • Responsible for prospecting, outreach, onboarding, and nurture of new affiliates to drive performance, leads, revenue, and profitability across Deluxe’s portfolio of products and services. Negotiate costs including affiliate commissions, bonus payouts, and platform fees

  • Partner with cross functional groups, business stakeholders, creative resources, and outside vendors to help identify, facilitate, develop, and execute strategic initiatives that support and drive profitable sales through the affiliate channel

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the affiliate programs, including but not limited to reviewing new partner applications, funding deposits, transaction reviews and reversals, responding to affiliate inquiries, reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc)

  • Guide the creative development and optimization of ad copy, coupons, promotions, and landing pages to drive quality traffic, leads, and continuous conversion rate improvements

  • Summarize affiliate performance by generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Monitor the planned vs. actual results and proactively adjust strategies and tactics in response to both positive and negative variances.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors and 3 years or HS/GED and 7 years

  • Deep, hands on experience managing affiliate programs through Share-a-Sale, CJ, etc.

  • Due to the business development and relationship management aspects of the role, experience in sales and/or outbound marketing and a solid client-service mentality are critical attributes for this role.

  • Deep knowledge, experience, and interest in Affiliate Marketing in B2B lead gen and/or B2C affiliate marketing

  • Experience success in developing a Marketing Affiliate program through partnership prospecting and business development, with an emphasis on Business to Business programs

  • Experience working with Salesforce reporting tools and analytics tools (e.g. – Omniture, Google Analytics) a plus

  • Solid client-service mentality are critical attributes for this role

  • Strong communication skills to evangelize eCommerce projects and work with cross functional staffs to ensure implementation

  • A strong people person, a good negotiator, organized, detail-oriented strong communicator and the ability to work independently in a cross functional fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors in Marketing or Digital Marketing

Experience: 5 years in marketing and 3 years in Affiliate Marketing

  • Strong technical skills especially with MS Office Suite

  • Advanced Excel knowledge (vlookups, macros, pivot tables)

  • Experience with HTML

  • Experience in sales and/or outbound marketing
