Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
The Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and engage highly qualified talent for Deluxe by utilizing traditional and cutting-edge sourcing methods. This person will also partner closely with the business to fully understand their strategic direction to identify talent needs.
Engage with hiring managers and position yourself as a trusted business partner to help build the best possible teams for the business. Partner with hiring leaders to recognize key priorities and build sourcing & screening strategies to reflect those priorities.
Locate and engage with active and passive talent ensuring a high degree of candidate experience.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process effectively and efficiently; maintain the highest level of client and candidate satisfaction and provide strong hiring process guidance and execution.
Ensure a high degree of data integrity in the ATS to reflect the true state of recruiting.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to engage with passive talent.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 1 year of talent acquisition experience or HS/GED and 4 years of experience
Demonstrated initiative to develop and execute action plans pertaining to filling positions.
Social media savviness.
Basic Computer Knowledge
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 1 year of talent acquisition experience
1+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Attention to detail and excellent follow-up.
Excellent written and oral communication.
