Contract Implementation Specialist
The primary responsibility of the Specialist will be analyzing and updating data in Deluxe's systems to ensure accurate concession and billing files in accordance with signed contract and contract related documents. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining a complete understanding of pricing and other financial concessions to ensure contracts are setup in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update systems used to process contract concessions including pricing, credits rebates and manual payments.
Ensure system integrity by providing documentation around tasks completed in each system and follow processes set in place to ensure updates are accurate (reports, audits etc.).
Provide contract support to Sales, Contract Strategy, Finance, Client Support Specialists, Conversion and New Fl teams.
Manage shared mailbox and promptly respond to internal inquires.
Experience: 2 years total of:
·Minimum 1-2 years data entry experience.
·Customer service or client-facing experience.
·Knowledge of Sales Force.
·Experience with existing Deluxe billing systems.
Strong technical aptitude with a high level of ability to navigate through multiple systems.
