I've been here 33 years. I love being here because I love the people I work with.

Oh gosh, I love working at deluxe. I've been here 16 years and I would say the last five years I've been working on the most rewarding project ever in my career.

Love it, it's been an exciting time at Deluxe.

I think about exciting opportunities things that we have yet to dream and believe that we can do I'm excited about the new One Deluxe.

Knowing I could help be a part of the gelling of Deluxe and all the potential that I had, that was a huge piece.

So, I did look around a little bit but then nothing quite felt right where deluxe just feels like home this is where I want to end up.

What we're really looking to do is ensure that deluxe has an environment of inclusiveness when people feel inclusive within the workplace, they generate more ideas a better product is put out.

Bring our backgrounds, bring in our cultures, meshing them all together and Deluxe is a place that doesn't necessarily have walls or ceilings, so it just incorporates our true identity as people to employees.

We have recently done the food drive and there were always at least like more than 10 people who will be interested and based on the capacity we can accommodate people go there and do the volunteering.

Deluxe really isn’t like any other company. They really care about you and they care about your career and your path moving forward they want you to excel they, they're gonna give you the tools and provide you with what you need to become a successful business professional.

Since day one when I started at Deluxe it has been such a friendly atmosphere.

Exciting new opportunity for a seasoned TA leader to manage a world-class talent acquisition team. This is a highly visible role that influences the overall strategy of the company and interfaces with the senior leadership team. This leader will be responsible for the professional talent acquisition team and report directly to the VP of TA. As a technology company focused on the cloud and payments space, this is a challenging role for someone who wants to grow their career within a Global Financial Technology Organization. We’re a tight-knit team that curates best-of-class candidate experience and places a strong emphasis on diversity and employment brand marketing.

In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing team with exceptional standards. This role will carry a small requisition load as well as motivate, lead and multiply the output of your team with innovative strategies.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead recruiting team members, including all aspects of performance management, workload prioritization, and partnering for strategic solutions both near and long-range

  • Develop strong relationships with senior leadership throughout the organization to help drive and influence results

  • Use data to make compelling arguments which drive decisions across your team and the business

  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, leading a memorable candidate experience regardless of outcome

  • Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment and sourcing agencies

  • Drive awareness of our employer value proposition across hiring channels, championing our culture to attract A-level talent

  • Help your team create and implement unique attraction and sourcing plans

  • Identify gaps in processes, procedures or productivity ability and research and propose solutions to resolve; i.e. tools, trainings, role assignment, etc.

  • Implement best practices to attract and recruit diverse talent including use of technology, social media, community outreach, military, educational, professional organizations, referral networks and outplacement agencies while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations

Experience You Should Have:

  • Substantial recruitment experience, preferably from a technology business up against ruthless competition

  • Prior supervisory experience in a corporate recruiting environment

  • Impactful experience as a manager and leader of high performing, accomplished recruitment teams

  • Deep appreciation and respect for candidate experience

  • Highly organized, operationally astute and data-oriented

  • Influential written and verbal communication

  • Compelling business partnership and stakeholder management skills

  • Highly resilient, relentless and cheerful in the face of adversity

  • Knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements

Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years 

3 years of management in a talent acquisition function

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business 

Experience: 8 years of experience in talent acquisition with 3 years managing a team
