Head of Emerging Talent and Diversity Recruiting Programs
We are seeking a Head of Emerging Talent and Diversity Recruiting Programs. This role will develop and drive the strategy and execution of impactful campus, diversity, and professional development programs at Deluxe. In this role you will collaborate with leaders to execute a long-term recruitment strategy in order recruit top interns and entry-level hires from undergraduate and graduate campuses into Deluxe. This individual will also promote and grow our employment brand presence across core schools.
Develop a detailed university relations and campus diversity strategy to meet business needs for talent acquisition and oversee the development of innovative strategies that differentiate Deluxe on campus
Lead on-going dialogue with senior business stakeholders, employee relations and HR partners to further develop, execute and enhance our campus recruiting initiatives
Partner closely with business professionals to implement the diversity strategy which will cover a range of areas including outreach, metrics, evaluation and communication
Develop and evolve deep strategic relationships with specific core schools through targeted events, partnerships, and campaigns
Develop local and regional diversity recruiting strategy including conferences and leveraging existing programs
Build a campus attraction and engagement strategy leveraging technology and social media channels
Education: Bachelors in HR or related field with 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or campus recruiting or HS/GED and 8 years of experience
Education: Bachelors in HR or related field with 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or campus recruiting
2 + years using Handshake, Simplicity and/or additional Campus Recruiting Platforms
Experience as point of contact for organizations Campus Recruitment Program (FT and Internship Placement) for both Internal Stakeholders and Universities
