Oh gosh, I love working at deluxe. I've been here 16 years and I would say the last five years I've been working on the most rewarding project ever in my career.

Love it, it's been an exciting time at Deluxe.

I think about exciting opportunities things that we have yet to dream and believe that we can do I'm excited about the new One Deluxe.

Knowing I could help be a part of the gelling of Deluxe and all the potential that I had, that was a huge piece.

So, I did look around a little bit but then nothing quite felt right where deluxe just feels like home this is where I want to end up.

What we're really looking to do is ensure that deluxe has an environment of inclusiveness when people feel inclusive within the workplace, they generate more ideas a better product is put out.

Bring our backgrounds, bring in our cultures, meshing them all together and Deluxe is a place that doesn't necessarily have walls or ceilings, so it just incorporates our true identity as people to employees.

We have recently done the food drive and there were always at least like more than 10 people who will be interested and based on the capacity we can accommodate people go there and do the volunteering.

The Product Manager, Ecommerce owns end-to-end accountability for a low to moderately complex Ecommerce product or a significant or complex feature of a product.  They are responsible for the product/feature roadmap and backlog and driving performance against KPIs (financial and non-financial), with a key focus on driving sales, engagement, retention and leads with experiences that attract customers at various points of their journey. They provide clear guidance to product management and development teams on customer needs and expected outcomes. They work with the Product Development team to manage delivery in line with product priorities. They engage with other key stakeholders across the business to ensure product/feature success. If managing a product, they are responsible for the overall product strategy and P&L, balancing investments (money, time, people) in short‐term tactical product improvements with long‐term strategic product investments to maximize ROI.

  • Manage the ecommerce product roadmap, develop epics and write / refine / approve user stories, and prioritizing them. Manage the product backlog and work with the development team to ensure they have everything they need to complete their work.

  • Define, drive and monitor product/feature KPIs across the business e.g., revenue, customer acquisitions

  • Evaluate product/feature performance and solicit feedback, integrating the voice of the customer into the product/feature and roadmap, includes gathering and presenting customer insights from research

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timeline and expectations are communicated appropriately. Collaborate with category leads, Go-To Market team stakeholders, and ecomm Business team to brainstorm new and vet incoming enhancement ideas.

  • Collaborate and communicate daily with product and development teams including participation in or leadership of agile ceremonies

  • Collaborates with the Product Development team for the roll out / release of a feature

  • Analyze customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to ecommerce capabilities

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors and 2 years or HS/GED and 6 years

  • Experience in Team Development and Motivation

  • Experience with Financial Acumen

  • Proven ability to collaborate and work across marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams

  • Experience using SEO techniques and working cross-functionally to improve content discoverability

  • Experience with collecting quantitative product data and metrics to under user behavior and discovering/evaluating product opportunities

  • Experience working in digital analytic tools to drive decision making and planning

  • Experience analyzing data utilizing competitive analytics, customer data and company vision to prioritize product enhancements

  • Ability to perform quality assurance controls on product to drive product evolution

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Management

Experience: 2 years experience in Product Management

  • Accountability and Initiative

  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills

  • Experience working with Atlassian tools such as Jira and confluence.

  • Experience utilizing and working an agile environment

  • Customer-Centricity

  • Digital IQ and Technology Translator

  • Excellent relationship builder, decision making and communication (both verbal and written) skills
