Senior Communications Manager
The Senior Communications Manager leads external communication efforts in numerous areas for Deluxe, specifically supporting the Payments and Promotional Solutions segments. In this role, the individual plans, develops, writes, pitches and coordinates media and social media opportunities to promote Deluxe and these specific areas. At the same time, the individual manages relationships with ELT members and agency support to promote Deluxe. Finally, the individual also plays a key role in crisis communications and managing media relationships.
Oversee all PR and communication logistical planning for Payments segment
Oversee all PR and communication logistical planning for Promo Solutions segment
Coordinate and manage agency relationships
Provide strategic plans for national PR campaigns
Lead project management activities for the PR/brand marketing functions to ensure timelines and deadlines are met by teammates and contractors.
Education: Bachelors in communication, journalism, or public relations with 3 years of experience in communications, social media, and public relations.
Experience with Word, Excel and Microsoft Office.
Education: Bachelors in communication, journalism, or public relations with 8 years of communications, strategic planning, social media, and marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
