Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant
At Deluxe, our Talent Acquisition team focuses on providing a best in class candidate experience. We are viewed as the subject matter experts and true partners to our business leaders and HR teams. This is a highly visible and consultative role and will be responsible for the strategic direction, design, support, and management of the full-cycle recruiting process. You should have a creative approach to identifying talent, an understanding of market insights and the ability to prioritize, pivot and operate with a sense of urgency. Our TA team is highly collaborative and operates with a One Deluxe mindset to meet business objective and exceed the expectations of both candidates and leaders. In this role, you will also have the ability to lead cross functional projects, develop best practices and participate in any of our many ERG's available to all of our employees.
Pro-actively researches market data as it relates to talent supply/demand, competitors, job description creation etc. using various tools such as Talent Neuron, internal ATS systems, LinkedIn and other external databases and search engines.
Maintain regular reporting and meeting cadence with business leaders.
Develops and executes recruiting strategies for hard to fill and niche positions.
Develops hightrust working relationships with both clients and co-workers; inspires others to engage and participate.
Consults with business leaders, HR partners, maintains processes and SOP's to ensure consistency and efficiency
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and5years or HS/GED and9years
3+ years experience of technical recruiting
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education:Master’s inBusiness,Human Resources,Organizational Development, Psychology
5+ years working within an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday
Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed and other career sites
