I've been here 33 years. I love being here because I love the people I work with.

Oh gosh, I love working at deluxe. I've been here 16 years and I would say the last five years I've been working on the most rewarding project ever in my career.

Love it, it's been an exciting time at Deluxe.

I think about exciting opportunities things that we have yet to dream and believe that we can do I'm excited about the new One Deluxe.

Knowing I could help be a part of the gelling of Deluxe and all the potential that I had, that was a huge piece.

So, I did look around a little bit but then nothing quite felt right where deluxe just feels like home this is where I want to end up.

What we're really looking to do is ensure that deluxe has an environment of inclusiveness when people feel inclusive within the workplace, they generate more ideas a better product is put out.

Bring our backgrounds, bring in our cultures, meshing them all together and Deluxe is a place that doesn't necessarily have walls or ceilings, so it just incorporates our true identity as people to employees.

We have recently done the food drive and there were always at least like more than 10 people who will be interested and based on the capacity we can accommodate people go there and do the volunteering.

Since day one when I started at Deluxe it has been such a friendly atmosphere.

Responsible for assuring a stable technical processing environment is available to Operations to run production for the 24X7 production environment for remittance processing sites. 

  • Management duties associated with the Operations Support team in providing technical support for multi-site, 24X7 remittance operations.Responsibilities include technology in support of image capture, data completion, file creation and transmission.  Consults on the most difficult support issues with the team and with other technical resources.

  • Consulting business and operations teams on Operations applications, computing environment and networking.

  • Leads technical integration, hardware and software refresh projects.  Consults on network changes.  Trains andmentorsoperations support staff, other support and Operations functions on technology solutions.  Supports client RFPs for questions on technology architecture.   Provides technical expertise in supporting client relations forpreand post-sales requests. Writes and implements programs and scripts to perform production and maintenance tasks.

  • Triages production issues of the most difficult nature or assists Production Support Admins or Production Engineers on triage. 

  • Ensures continuity and currency of institutional knowledge required to operate and maintain the technical infrastructure of remittance processing operations.

Basic Qualifications (BQs) 

Education and Experience: Bachelors in MIS, Engineering or Computer Science and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years of systems and business experience. 

Deep knowledge of industry trends and remittance products and services, business processes and applications. Expert-level institutional knowledge of remittance processing operations.

Deep knowledge of transaction processing systems and formats and operational processing. Expert knowledge and understanding of distributed systems, networks.

Basic knowledge in technical writing and/or business documentation.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs) 

Experience: 3 years of management experience. Demonstrated management skills for geographically dispersed team.  

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
