Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist MarTech

The Sr. Marketing Operations Specialistwill play a key supporting role in developing and managing demand generation lead flows, reporting, monitoring, and managing nurture campaigns to support our demand operations. This Specialist will define business requirements for new campaigns and serve as a business liaison with the Martech and Salesforce admin teams.
Responsibilities include maintaining, developing, documenting, and integrating marketing lead flows within marketing automation and CRM technology. The Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist will work closely with a cross-functional team of Marketers, Sales Development Reps, and Sales Enablement leaders to drive alignment, adoption and effective lead flows.
- Monitor our intent analytics tool and lead scoring queue to determine leads that are ready to send to sales development reps for outreach; monitor metrics and process adherence.
- Monitor and document lead flow metrics to maximize demand generation performance
- Monitor Salesforce Campaigns for tracking and reporting; ensure business requirements are met for campaign set up.
- Ensures strong partnership and alignment with Marketing and Sales Enablement teams on ongoing campaign communication and roll-out; facilitate campaign kick-off meetings and ongoing project management across teams.
- Create recycled lead flow nurture strategies to support engagement.
- Create consistent feedback loop from SDR’s and AEs to marketing strategists
- Create and run reports for lead generation activities as needed
- Create standard operating procedures around data hygiene procedures and internal/external dependencies
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, business, or sales
- 3+ years operational experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tech
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Organized, detail-oriented and the ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong process management, analytical and problem-solving skills
