Billing Customer Service Representative – Receives inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding inquiries or issues with billing and domain services.
Professionally answers incoming customer service calls (payment method updates, service changes, billing, domains, account issues)
Acts as first interface of customer billing and domain services support with a goal of first call resolution resolving all billing and domain and service issues.
Target Start Date: Monday August 2nd.
