Description
As a member of our ­Customer Care team, you will provide support to our Small Business customers to process payments, answer questions, and provide value added solutions related to our suite of products and services. ­As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle all customer interactions efficiently and professionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Accountabilities:
- Receive inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding questions and/ or issues with products and services.
- Process payments.
- Guide customers through our suite of internet hosting tools.
- Educate customers on ­products and services.
- Support cross-sell/ up-sell initiatives by assessing customer needs and offering value added solutions.
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of internet, email, and website technology
- Prior experience working in a call center environment
