Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple key projects of advanced complexity, with the goal of delivering every project on-time, within scope and requirements. The role is also responsible for mentoring other junior roles.
Manages multiple projects by establishing direction, aligning people and resources to produce the required deliverables on time and on budget, within a high growth, high change environment
Develops tactical, strategic plans and milestones to achieve the vision of products roadmap.
Constantly monitors and reports on progress of all assigned projects within the Professional Services group, to appropriate stakeholders.
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Develops a common understanding of priorities for multiple complex projects spanning multiple business units
Ensures development is in line with company wide goals and objectives
Plans and schedules project timelines and track project deliverables,
Schedules and facilitates project meetings, record meeting notes, and follow-up on action items,
Mentors junior level colleagues, provides coaching and shares insights and expertise
Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team
Identifies risk, and engages appropriate management and resources to unblock project issues
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field
3 years of experience in project management/program management
Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Visio
Preferred Qualifications
LEAN Certification
Ability to conceptualize, coordinate and deliver multiple projects of varying complexity on time and within budget within a high growth, high change environment.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and highly organized with strong problem solving skills.
Exercises an appropriate level of courtesy, tact, and professionalism in written and oral communications.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Promotes open communication and dissemination that ensures others are adequately informed to make high quality decisions.
Hands on team player attitude in tackling tactical and strategic work.
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other business units.
Change agent - able to communicate and drive change that enables the business to achieve objectives and employees to understand the change and enable results.
Familiar with Internet protocols, services and technologies (e.g. HTML, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, TCP, IP, BGP, MX record, email systems, domain registration, etc.).
