Customer Care Coordinator (MFG)
The Customer Care Liaison works to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure company quality and service commitments are met by acting as a liaison between the manufacturing facility and the Customer Care Centers.
Researches and response to inquiries and requests received through OCT, e-mail and/or phone from Customer Care Center Representatives regarding orders in process.
Researches and resolves questions from manufacturing employees regarding Customer Care Center information on orders in process. Works with Customer Care Center Representatives to update orders and customer information and return to the production process in a timely manner.
Investigates and resolves orders appearing on the Unshipped Report.
Education and Experience: 18 Years Old and Eligible to Work in the USA
Basic PC skills
Education: High School or equivalent
Experience: 1 year in Customer Service or Manufacturing
