Account Project Coordinator II

This position is only available to candidates in the following states: Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
Serves asprimary external/ internal face of the company for custom designprintingprojects.Gathersrequirements, setsproject timelines, maintainsprojects timelines, submitsorders, follows-up on past order complaints, and ensuresall aspects of customer communication and satisfaction from inquiry to billing.Primary owner of the project specifications and is expected to follow all processes to accomplish project goals and customer communication.
Receives incoming phone calls from Internal/External customers pertaining to new and existing orders, improperly placed orders, customer inquiries, complaints and requests. Takes next level escalated customer calls with the ability to resolve without further escalation. Maintains contact with various sources in facilities regarding work in progress or completed work and order information.
Manage project timelines with internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.Supports internal employees locally and remotely utilizing a variety of available resources and assists employees with questions.
Oversight of specific initiatives/programs to ensure queues are monitored, maintained, and completed.
Utilizes customer fulfillment processes and tools to perform internal requests. Utilizing knowledge of internal product offerings, identify whether orders can be sourced internally. Keeps supervisor and manager apprised of operational issues that need escalation to other areas of the business.
Evaluates sensitive liability issues via the customer service ticketing tool and root cause analysis to determine responsible party.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: HS/GED plus 4 years experience of customer service. Strong print knowledge. Experience with resolving customer escalations.
Strong computer skills with knowledge of PC systems, technology platforms and web browsing.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Experience: Priorcustom print project experience. Project Management experience.
Strong verbal and effective listening skills. Ability to adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
