The Customer Success Training Specialist for Checks will consult with Deluxe Financial Institution Customers to assess and understand our Customers education and training needs.They will serve as a key consultant and subject matter expert by providing training, training recommendations and guidance on using Deluxe product training tools and materials.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides training and training content for FI businesses to support customer needs and to best position Deluxe to retain business.

  • Makes recommendations/action plans based on trends in performance results to mitigate any issues and ensure best practices are communicated to drive adoption.

  • Manages relationships with clients through maintenance of programs, active liaison for escalated issues or requests, market needs & goals; two-way communication.

  • Makes enhancements to existing training tools and programs based on customer feedback in order to deliver maximum return for the Customer and Deluxe.

  • Collaborates with business partners across the enterprise to develop training in alignment with business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s and 2 years or HS/GED and 6 years

  • Knowledge of learning & development theories & best practices

  • Strong facilitation skills and experience

  • Experience managing projects, timelines and deadlines

  • Development of training programs

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Learning, Business Management or Education

Experience: 4 Years in Training

  • Experience in banking or desire to work with financial institutions

  • Sales Acumen - interest in customer retention

  • Ability to provide recommendations, influence decisions, and work with fast shifting priorities

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

  • Collaboration skills

  • Ability to develop strong relationships

  • Self-motivated
