(Remote) Senior Onboarding Specialist - HRIS/T&A Lead
The Senior Onboarding Specialist – HRIS/Time and Attendance Lead will be responsible for supporting the Onboarding Manager, Team Lead and the Onboarding team as a resource specifically as a Subject Matter Expert to the team on processes and product knowledge.
This role is the primary customer contact during the Customer Onboarding process (from Registration to Go Live), clarifying, completing or correcting information contained on the registration forms, communicating expectations and schedules to the customer, and ensuring that the onboarding process flows smoothly. This role will be responsible for leading our HRIS and Time and Attendance accounts, ensuring account setup’s have met the customers expectations and any on-going challenges are handles in a timely manner. This role is also responsible for enhancing the level of engagement the customer feels during the onboarding process, thus improving the registration to go-live ratio.
- Advanced Knowledge of the PAYweb/Deluxe Payroll systems, policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of T&A and HRIS programs
- Acting as a main contact between HR and Time and Attendance partners
- Interview customer to understand nuances of payroll – e.g. union calculations, prefunding schedule, GL account requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve tough situations
- Train and mentor internal team members on program
- Track issues and communications with new customers and manager
