FA Sales Coordinator I

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for making outbound calls to small to medium sized business owners (merchants) across the nation to obtain processing statements for sales consultants to analyze for savings and services. The Junior Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support by managing the callback schedule and merchant follow-ups. They will work closely with the Sales Manager to retrieve documents for pending accounts.
Contacting potential clients to discuss acquisition of the merchants processing statement
Administrative support functions
Prospecting leads and updating dialer network with contact information
Basic Qualifications:
HS/GED 6 months of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of Customer Service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, energetic, professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge
