Community Client Manager - FS
-Client Retention - Establish & develop relationships throughout the financial institution with frequent communication touch-points (phone, email, marketing campaigns) to maintain relevancy with client contacts.
-Revenue & Profitability - Educate customers on industry best practices to build and drive improved check program performance: Core FS & DBA. Responsibility to renew & negotiate current client contracts for an extended contract terms within established parameters set by marketing.
-Problem Resolution –Effectively and accurately identify potential program concerns/issues. Partner with internal & external contacts to resolve those issues to attain the highest level of client satisfaction.
-Manage, plan and execute in cellular model. Create and execute proactively on territory plans. Execute on establish call contact plan to ensure program business reviews are delivered consistently to all accounts.
-Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
-Capture & maintain accurate client records in sales CRM tool. Adhere to process and policies as required.
-Lead Generation – Identify client life cycle opportunities within appropriate solution sets. Send qualified leads to Sales Executives to drive sales opportunities within client base to closure.
Required: -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting or other related discipline or related experience
- 3 years of experience working in or selling to community sized tier 6 financial institutions
-Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
-Competent computer skills (Microsoft suite)
-Strong organizational skills
-Resourceful and flexible. Able and willing to continue to learn in an ever-changing industry
-Sales Force (CRM)
-Ideal candidates will reside in one of the following states/locations: AZ, Southern CA, NM, TX or UT
