Senior PCI Analyst

The Senior PCI Analyst is accountable to facilitate and manage information security governance and risk processes for the enterprise. Areas of responsibility include: Providing PCI expertise for risk assessments, policy, standard and process development. Delivering PCI merchant and service provider assessment services. Consulting on compliance impacts regarding business and technical changes to people, process or technologies.

- Develop, mature and maintain PCI documentation to include ownership of the card data environments, enterprise security controls and reporting obligations
- Executes the PCI Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) merchant and service provider assessments, including communication of key milestones, gap remediation consulting/tracking, and guidance on compensating controls
- Obtain and review evidence of compliance and adherence to standards
- Provide guidance regarding the PCI requirements and key domains of security controls including change management, system access, network, encryption, security testing and policy
- Deliver reporting and metrics to inform management of risk and status
- Coordinate, track, and communicate company impact and compliance plans in response to changes in the PCI requirements, leveraging subject matter expert resources throughout the process
- Provide PCI and compliance subject matter expertise for contract language review and clients interactions
- Assisting with other regulatory compliance areas

- Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science
- 5-7 years of experience Management or Information Security
- Demonstrated knowledge of security, and regulatory compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, GLBA, SOX, PCI, HIPAA, EU, ECPA, State Privacy Regulation and CFPB/FFIEC examination expectations Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, at all levels, with internal and external stakeholders, including external auditors or regulators
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and skilled at multi-tasking
- Work efficiently and effectively under pressure/deadlines
- Highly motivated and results driven
- Ability to communicate program criticality and negotiate delivery amidst competing priorities
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills, and the ability to execute in a complex, matrixed organization
- Influence to get things done (influence without authority)
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize on the fly as needed
- Strong ability to navigate organizationally across multiple functional areas providing work direction on risk activities and governance processes
- Strong project management skills balancing multiple projects while maintaining high level of responsiveness, client focus and attention to detail

- Professional designations preferred (PCI QSA, PCI ISA, PCIP, GSEC, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRP) and willingness to work towards appropriate certifications
