Senior Product Marketing Manager, ePayments
Location: Shoreview, Minnesota
The Senior Product Marketing Manager, ePayments Services, will serve as a key resource in the creation of innovative marketing tools and materials that demonstrate value and differentiation while driving customer interest and sales in the B2B and B2C payments arena. Service offerings will include software services that are designed to meet the emerging payment needs of businesses and their designated payees within the assigned vertical market. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product content and product feature availability. The Product Marketing Manager will build key relationships with customers and relevant third parties so that they become aware of changing customer needs and requirements.
•Own the marketing strategy, plan, positioning, messaging and direction for assigned vertical market
•Drive product launches of new products, updates and features including working with MarComm, public relations team, sales channel, customer support and other product management team members
•Evaluate and oversee promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
•Create sales tools and materials including sales presentations, collateral, case studies, white papers, and ROI models for our sales channels. Responsible for oversight of all product related web content
•Serve as central point of contact to the sales team and partners for product information
•Assist with development of strategic plan financials and presentations and periodic senior management presentations
Required: •Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
•6+ years of experience - Product Marketing experience, B2B or B2C payment services preferred
•Proven experience in the creation and development of product strategy, positioning and messaging
•Skilled communicator with desire and or history of thought leadership/evangelism
•Proven ability in influencing others by adapting approach to suit the individual in order to achieve the right outcomes
•Strong overall analytic skills
•Demonstrated ability to work independently
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed cross-functional environment
•Strong communication skills – experience presenting effectively to senior leaders
•Financial services or payment experience a plus
•Experience working with a varied sales channels a plus
