This role will identify new sales leads and target customers to find what they want, create solutions, ensure a smooth sales process, and be ready to close the opportunity. You will contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at the highest standards.

  • Lead Generation - The Senior BDE is tasked with generating a pipeline of new revenue opportunities through: Cold/Warm calls; Prospecting via social/online hunting; Leveraging internal lead generation channels; any other reasonable method to drive new revenue opportunities

  • Meet monthly revenue targets - The Senior BDE is required to consistently meet and exceed their monthly revenue targets as assigned by your leader.

  • Pipeline Management - to ensure that all leads, opportunities and relevant client interactions are entered into Salesforce, keeping in line with our data integrity policy. The BDE is also to ensure that they create and manage a new revenue pipeline in accordance with their target and KPIs.

  • Stakeholder Management - build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to innovate and drive creative solutions to our customer base. Work with other departments to create and action operational reports that include customer data for our Salesforce CRM for outbound calling and work with the Delivery Engineers and Delivery Manager to ensure the solution is scalable, produces the client’s desired outcome, and on time.

Education: Bachelors Degree
