I've been here 33 years. I love being here because I love the people I work with.

Oh gosh, I love working at deluxe. I've been here 16 years and I would say the last five years I've been working on the most rewarding project ever in my career.

Love it, it's been an exciting time at Deluxe.

I think about exciting opportunities things that we have yet to dream and believe that we can do I'm excited about the new One Deluxe.

Knowing I could help be a part of the gelling of Deluxe and all the potential that I had, that was a huge piece.

So, I did look around a little bit but then nothing quite felt right where deluxe just feels like home this is where I want to end up.

What we're really looking to do is ensure that deluxe has an environment of inclusiveness when people feel inclusive within the workplace, they generate more ideas a better product is put out.

Bring our backgrounds, bring in our cultures, meshing them all together and Deluxe is a place that doesn't necessarily have walls or ceilings, so it just incorporates our true identity as people to employees.

We have recently done the food drive and there were always at least like more than 10 people who will be interested and based on the capacity we can accommodate people go there and do the volunteering.

Deluxe really isn’t like any other company. They really care about you and they care about your career and your path moving forward they want you to excel they, they're gonna give you the tools and provide you with what you need to become a successful business professional.

Since day one when I started at Deluxe it has been such a friendly atmosphere.

You want to spend time with people you like that you trust that you respect and I got to tell you we're surrounded with people like that. on the executive team and throughout the organization so for me this is just feels good to work at a company like Deluxe.

The Director, Outsourcing Services is responsible for defining Deluxe’s Treasury Management Outsourcing Services (Lockbox, Image RPS). Responsible for ensuring annual revenue and margin plans are achieved based on market analysis; interacts with partner teams involved in providing Services to Deluxe's Outsourcing Customers (Outsourcing Operations, Enterprise Services, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Product Management).   Recognizes the profit and operational impacts of accommodating non-standard deployments in the Outsourcing environment and constrains the Solution Set to balance those impacts with the needs of the market.  

  • Manages Outsourcing P&L, providing regular executive updates.  Develops action plans to address profit erosion and for achieving defined business plans.  Evaluates Deluxe’s market solutions against market needs as well as competitive offerings and makes appropriate adjustments to remain relevant and competitive. Coordinates the overall planning process for Outsourcing with Solution Management and appropriate Senior Executives

  • Collaborates with partner teams on the definition and provision of Outsourcing Services to customers in a consistent, efficient, executable, and profitable manner.  Coordinates the overall planning process for Outsourcing with Solution Management and appropriate Senior Executives

  • Partners with Finance to maintain accurate business cases and P/L reporting to insure individual customer engagements and the overall Outsourcing business meet profitability targets.  Forecasts market, financial, competitive, and business impacts over a 3–5-year time horizon

  • Partners with Sales and Marketing to identify relevant target markets and prospects. Engages with Sales to manage pipeline and close Outsourcing business in a manner that aligns with overall company strategy as well as specific Outsourcing revenue and profitability targets.

  • Identifies key suppliers and partners used in provision of Outsourcing Services and works with key internal teams (Vendor Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Security, Outsourcing Operations, and Finance) to ensure relationships are well-defined, well managed and objectively measured

  • Monitors the performance of the critical success milestones for Outsourcing and provides presentations/updates to key stakeholders and Senior Executives. Oversees the launch of new or expanded outsourcing solutions and services into the market including solution profitability and operational readiness

  • Represents Deluxe at technical conferences, and other business development efforts, that promote the expertise and capabilities of the company

  • Fosters ethical conduct, practices, and personal integrity throughout the company to ensure WAUSAU’s ability to attract and retain customers in a highly competitive environment. 

Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of outsourcing services (Lockbox or Image RPS) experience 

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 10 years’ experience.  Prior experience writing business plans and presenting plans to senior executives. 

Critical Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated business development skills including the ability to plan and coordinate activities of assigned organization

  • Ability to provide technical and administrative leadership to accomplish organization goals and commitments

  • Ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally as well as have integrity and strong influence/leadership skills

  • Demonstrated success in developing and productizing a service offering

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work through unstructured problems and drive to decisions in a complex business environment

  • Experience managing customer expectations, working effectively in team environments, and adhering to self-established timelines
