Client Services Support Specialist

This positionwillanalyze, optimize and perform operational workflows and tasks in support of the Treasury Management Client Services and Operations organization. This position will alsoanalyze, enhance and support operational processes through hands-on engagement, research into existing processes, and recommending future process improvement opportunities. 

  • Partner with Client Services and Operations leadership to lead the identification, research and then to drive implementation process changes.  Lead the effort to communicate and document those changes. Manage the annual review of departmental procedures for accuracy and relevance, and to make sure that ongoing policy and procedure changes are approved and implemented.

  • Drive the collaboration with Project Managers and the Business Operations Analyst to enhance and improve and implement project management process changes. Monitor and ensure the accurate reporting of all project timelines and deliverables. Serve as the primary client contact and act as a Project Manager when assigned to small implementation engagements that may not require the rigor of a PMP Project Manager.

  • Independently monitor key customer project milestones and initiate relevant post-project activities to support departmental awareness and follow-up. Drive the preparation of customer survey feedback and other analysis for distribution within the organization. If necessary, coordinate information gathering among department members and follow up as needed to ensure completion, track scores, compile data and analysis, and assemble results for examination and circulation.

  • Analyze, enhance and perform operational and organizational approval processes to ensure timely and accurate handling. Activitiesinclude butare not limited to: time approval / time management to support organizational productivity metrics tracking, and expense management to support the timely processing of both internal and billable project expenses for reimbursement and client billing.

  • Maintain working technical knowledge of corporate and segment-specific internal applications to effectively leverage, navigate, support and educate Client Services and Operations team members. Assist new hire onboarding orientation related to these applications and key business processes.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: HS/GED and 4 years experience in business process analysis and organizational effectiveness.  

Experience with Microsoft Office products and strong technical aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications :

Education: Associatesin Business Administration or related discipline.

Experience: +4 years of experience in business process analysis and organizational effectiveness.

This position requires considerable experience, skill and knowledge of organization processes, policies and practices.
